Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa, OK seeks a High Reliability Coordinator & Patient Safety Officer to lead the patient safety program, champion high reliability, analyze events, coordinate RCAs, review patient records, and drive improvements across nursing, medical staff, risk management and operations.

The role designs curricula, delivers training, coaches leaders, expands education, monitors effectiveness, and fosters a culture of safety; works with multidisciplinary teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid OK Nursing License or Multistate Compact License, BLS.
• 3-5 years of experience in patient safety or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead high reliability training and operations across the organization.
• Develop patient safety indicators, audits, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate RCAs, staff education, and policy reviews to prevent adverse outcomes.
• Collaborate with Nursing, Medical Staff, Risk Management and leaders to embed safety into daily work.
