Job summary

Teledyne Micropac is seeking an assembler to perform electronic, electro‑mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations. The role involves wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding, and set‑ups with tight tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Responsibilities include following detailed drawings, performing quality checks, operating wire bonding equipment, and collaborating with QA and engineers to ensure products meet strict specs.

Qualifications

• Experience with small parts, hand tools, equipment, and microscope.
• Ability to read engineer drawings, work instructions and bills of materials.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in executing job duties.
• Knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control.

Responsibilities

• Follow production drawings, procedures and work instructions in detail; apply workmanship practices.
• Ensure quality checks throughout manufacturing process.
• Operate and set up manual wire bonding equipment for thermosonic bonding.
• Collaborate with teammates, quality control and process engineers to meet specifications.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols; assist with training.
