Job summary

Lineage is hiring a forklift operator in Houston, TX. You will move palletized goods using stand‑up reach forklifts, load and unload materials, and record items with the RF system, following all safety standards and company policies.

You must be able to lift at least 40 lbs, work a flexible schedule (including weekends), and tolerate cold or warm storage environments. This is a full‑time on‑site role with a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork, backed by Lineage benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in official language.
• Ability to operate in temperatures as low as -20 F / -25 C and up to 100 F / 37 C.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on/off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge and clean/maintain batteries and charging station.
