Job summary

Manpower is partnering with Ulta Distribution to hire Forklift Operators to join their warehouse operations team in Greenwood, IN. You will operate order picker and cherry picker equipment to retrieve products from high storage areas up to 40 feet high, pull products for order fulfillment, and assist with manual picking while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Shifts: Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–4:00 PM ($19.00/hr); Mon–Thu 4:30 PM–2:30 AM ($19.75/hr); Fri–Sun 6:00 AM–6:00 PM ($20.00/hr); Fri–Sun 6:00 PM–6:00

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months experience operating forklift, order picker, or cherry picker equipment.
Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet and comfortable with heights.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Responsibilities

Operate order picker and cherry picker equipment to retrieve products from high storage areas up to 40 feet high.
Pull products and transport them to designated picking areas for order fulfillment.
Assist with manual product picking when not operating equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety.
Lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds, maintaining proper lifting techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
