Job Title: Boiler Operator

We are seeking an experienced Boiler Operator to manage and maintain high-pressure boiler systems in a dynamic industrial environment. The role involves daily operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of steam generation equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee high-pressure steam boilers and supporting equipment, maintaining optimal system performance.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on boilers, pumps, valves, compressors, and control systems.
• Adjust operational settings to meet steam and pressure requirements for various production needs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or system issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous workflow.
• Document all maintenance activities, system checks, and irregularities accurately.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations at all times.
• Assist during emergency situations involving boiler or steam systems as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; technical training in boiler operations preferred.
• Valid High Pressure Boiler Operator License or equivalent certification is required.
