Job summary

Bruker Daltonics is seeking a Mechanical Assembler in Kirkland, WA to assemble precision mechanical assemblies for electron sources up to 200 kV. The role requires reading engineering drawings, attention to detail, and strong teamwork to coordinate tasks within the group.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, assembling components, performing light machining, and maintaining a clean work area. AA degree or higher is required, assembly experience a plus.

Qualifications

• AA degree or higher; assembly experience a plus.
• Able to read, understand, and follow detailed engineering drawings and process specifications.
• High degree of hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect quality of incoming parts.
• Assemble mechanical and electrical parts and sub-assemblies.
• Operate light machine shop equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; follow established protocols.
