Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to electrical engineering or data science.
• Strong interest in electrical equipment testing, power systems, and lab operations.
• Ability and willingness to learn in a hands-on engineering lab environment and produce high-quality work.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; clear documentation of work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with test setup by preparing units under test, fixtures, cables, and sensors under supervision.
• Set up instrumentation (oscilloscopes, meters, probes) per training approval.
• Support execution of test cases by observing steps, collecting measurements, and recording results.
• Document test results, assist with data quality checks, and help create engineering summaries.
• Help troubleshoot test setups and units, reviewing data and wiring checks as needed.
• Support continuous improvement projects in test documentation, dashboards, and data organization.
• Participate in 5S and safety training before entering Delaware test bays and labs.
