You will design, implement, and support full-stack components across web, mobile, desktop, and platform-level services within the Portfolio Implementation Technology team.

The role requires 4–10 years of experience in financial services and USC/GC eligibility, with onsite work in Needham/Boston.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Portfolio Implementation Technology team, you'll design, build, and support the systems that implement investment decisions. You will work collaboratively with a strong team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Comfortable with SDLC tools such as issue tracking (JIRA / Linear), source code management (Git), CI/CD (Jenkins / GitHub Actions), IDEs (VS Code / IntelliJ / Eclipse), AI tools (Claude Code / GitHub Copilot), Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), Languages (Java / Python / TypeScript), and databases (Oracle / MySQL)
• Excellent communication and commitment to working independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A mindset to be a dependable steward of a business-critical platform, while embracing continuous improvement
