Position Summary

• Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products.
• Participate in service educate training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge on existing products and pursue additional technical and product knowledge by actively participating in the training programs of the dealership. This includes manufacturer training and on-the-job training.
• Diagnose and support machine systems including precision Ag technology.
• Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
• Complete all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
• Account for all time on a timecard and for all material used in performing assigned duties.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures.
• Knowledge and ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions.
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
• 1+ years of experience performing service repairs.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
