Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Strong foundation in statics, dynamics, mechanics of materials, and finite element modeling.
• Programming proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or scripting tools for engineering automation.
• Experience with FEA simulation software (Abaqus preferred) and 3D CAD (CATIA).
• Understanding of high-performance internal combustion engines or hybrid powertrain systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and analyze structural and thermal FEA simulations for championship racing engines.
• Interpret simulation results, identify stress concentrations, and provide actionable design recommendations.
• Develop Python and MATLAB automation scripts and macros to streamline simulation workflows.
• Collaborate with design and dyno testing engineers to correlate virtual models with physical test data.
• Prepare and present technical FEA summaries and design trade-off evaluations for engineering reviews.
