Qualifications

• 1–3 years automotive experience required.
• 1–2 years on brake systems experience preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred; ongoing training provided.

• Technical training or trade school a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete disc or drum brake service and related components.
• Diagnose braking, engine, suspension, electrical and HVAC issues.
• Provide estimates for parts and labor using company software.
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to ensure quality.
• Support apprentices with training and supervision as needed.
