Job summary

GM Performance Power Units in Concord, NC is seeking a Process Quality Engineer to ensure robust and defect-free manufacturing and assembly of Cadillac F1 Power Unit systems. In this hands-on role, you will develop quality controls, support builds, and lead initiatives aimed at defect reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
• Experience in process or manufacturing quality.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, APQP/PPAP, SPC, and MSA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process controls and quality standards.
• Lead APQP deliverables and ensure process readiness.
• Drive resolution of nonconformances using structured root cause analysis.
