Baker Tilly International seeks a High Net Worth Tax Managing Director in New York City to lead our fast-growing private wealth practice. You will guide complex tax strategies for wealthy individuals, families, and their enterprises, while mentoring a talented tax team and partnering with firm leadership.

You will network to win engagements, supervise multi-entity tax returns, and provide innovative tax planning across federal, estate, gift, and charitable matters. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Eight (8)+ years of tax planning and consulting for wealthy individuals, family trusts and private businesses.
• CPA or JD required.
• Four (4)+ years supervisory experience mentoring associates.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S., without sponsorship preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead compliance and consulting for high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, family offices and their private businesses/investment entities.
• Manage client engagements, staffing, billings/collections and profitability targets.
• Advise on business succession planning and tax-efficient strategies.
• Build internal/external relationships to acquire new clients, projects and revenue.
