Qualifications

• Eight or more years of tax planning and consulting for high-net-worth individuals and their entities.
• Public accounting leadership experience in tax space with supervisory duties.
• Ability to lead multiple engagements and deliver high-level strategic advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, families and private businesses.
• Perform technical review of complex tax returns (individual, trust, estate, gift, partnership).
• Oversee engagements and drive proactive tax planning and succession planning.
• Manage staffing, billing, collections and client profitability targets.
• Develop new client relationships and revenue opportunities.
