Elliott Davis is seeking a Tax Manager to join our High Net Worth (Family Wealth Services) group in Nashville. You will oversee tax preparation, conduct technical reviews, and advise on complex matters for individuals, trusts, and family partnerships.

Lead and develop the tax team while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes management, client relations, and leveraging technology in a collaborative environment at Elliott Davis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Law (Master’s in Tax/LLM preferred).
• 5+ years in a public accounting firm handling individuals, partnerships, trusts and estates.
• EA License or CPA certification required.
• Project and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and networking acumen; strong client relations.
• Experience with tax software and technology; ability to multitask and learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax preparation and perform technical reviews for high-net-worth clients.
• Consult on complex tax matters for individuals, partnerships and trusts.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal tax regulations; quarterly and year-end consulting.
• Delegate and manage tax assignments; supervise and review tax team work.
• Support, motivate, and evaluate staff; develop a collaborative team culture.
• Maintain and grow client relationships and networks; drive new business.
