Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal lines book of business for high-net-worth clients with autonomy.
• Conduct annual reviews and present coverage recommendations.
• Collaborate with Producers on client strategy, renewals, and marketing efforts.
• Oversee policy changes, renewals, and internal documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, addressing questions and billing issues.
• Maintain carrier relationships and negotiate on behalf of clients when needed.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell where appropriate.
