Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Manager to join an elite east coast agency. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering personalized insurance solutions and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. You will work closely with company partners and internal claims and sales teams to provide a seamless experience for clients.

This position is available as fully remote for candidates in Massachusetts ONLY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, managing all their insurance needs.
  • Review clients' insurance coverage regularly to ensure it’s adequate and identify any gaps.
  • Offer expert advice on personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, fine art, jewelry, and specialized coverages.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Manage the placement of new policies, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Ensure all client documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Look for opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell insurance products within your client portfolio.
  • Support the sales team in acquiring new clients by providing expert insurance knowledge.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to represent the company and generate business leads.
  • Work with marketing and business development teams to improve client service offerings.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in personal insurance.
  • Experience with agency management applications such as AMS 360.
  • Active Property & Casualty License.
  • Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships remotely.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
