Job summary

Sun Com Mobile in Pecos, Texas is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high-quality sales performance and meet company benchmarks across key metrics. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories while following management guidance and best practices.

You will act as a role model, assist new hires and peers, and perform other store duties as needed, including adherence to policy and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories as directed by management.
• Model best practices and assist new hires and peers to maximize sales and metrics.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
