Endor Labs is seeking a high-impact Technical Recruiter to own and scale hiring across our R&D organization, with a focus on engineering, security, and product roles. This six-month contract-to-hire position emphasizes sourcing and pipeline-building, competing for top passive talent in a fast-moving market.

You’ll collaborate with leadership, implement scalable processes, and drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the funnel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Own end-to-end recruiting across R&D functions.
• Strong sourcing muscle and building candidate pipelines.
• Proven ability to engage passive talent and convert.
• Experience hiring backend/platform engineers, security researchers, PMs.
• Comfortable in startup environments and fast-paced contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across technical and business functions.
• Build and nurture candidate pipelines using outbound methods.
• Proactively map target accounts and niche talent pools.
• Partner with leadership to scale the R&D org.
• Design structured kickoff meetings with hiring managers.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate journey from outreach to close.
