Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; no specific major required.
• CRM familiarity (Salesforce) is a plus.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Run the Phones. High volume outbound contact with business owners daily.
• Qualify Fast. Extract the real story in minutes: revenue, time in business, urgency.
• Consult, Don't Pitch. Match owners to the right capital structure across 30+ solutions.
• Build the File. Gather docs and submit a clean, fundable package.
• Work the Desk. Coordinate with closing; shepherd underwriting and stipulations.
• Own the Relationship. Build a book of business; repeat referrals.
• Know the Market. Track lender appetite and product changes.
• Hit the Number. Maintain steady daily and monthly funded deals.
