Little Caesars seeks a General Manager to lead a restaurant team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales and profitability targets while operating the store to company standards and procedures.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage labor and food costs, and implement local marketing events. The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to safety rules, and the ability to drive promotions that improve service and results.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years of management experience in quick service or one year in full-service restaur ant management.
• Strong math skills and ability to read and analyze profit and loss statements.
• Knowledge of local store marketing techniques and sales building.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team to meet customer service, sales and profitability goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members following company guidelines.
• Schedule labor, manage food ordering and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, EEOC and company policies.
• Implement local store marketing events and promotions to drive sales.
• Maintain cash handling, reporting, and daily/weekly end paperwork.
