Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating schedules, operations, or admin processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing experience helpful but not required; healthcare/logistics/operations backgrounds welcomed.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; ERP or business systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly production workforce schedules, overtime, vacation requests, and shift changes to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Prepare and maintain production documentation, bills of materials, and routing information.
• Coordinate vendor communications, inventory, purchasing activities, and customer requests.
• Serve as the communication hub between manufacturing, HR, engineering, purchasing, payroll, quality, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and business systems.
• Support multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and exceptional attention to detail.
