Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3 years in career development, counseling, recruitment, HR, student affairs, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Commitment to working with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to balance multiple projects.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Zoom; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for experiential learning programs including logistics, communications, and program operations; verify hours, employment status, and academic registration with analytics team.
• Develop employer partnerships to expand internships across Massachusetts; coordinate workshops and outreach, handle logistics such as transportation.
• Lead marketing and outreach efforts to promote partner internships and increase student engagement; conduct information sessions and meet with student groups.
• Meet with students individually to support internship participation; review resumes, discuss career goals, assist with interview prep and job search best practices.
• Represent the Office at campus events; provide overviews of career resources to prospective students and parents.
