Job summary

The role supports growth of experiential learning programs, coordinating operations and advising students through internship processes, with emphasis on local partnerships in Springfield and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years in career development or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with MS Office and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, communications, and operations for experiential learning programs.
• Build employer partnerships to expand student internships statewide.
• Lead outreach and information sessions to boost program engagement.
• Advise students on resumes, applications, and interview prep.
• Represent the office at campus events and provide program overviews.
• Maintain records and draft agreements with employers and faculty.
• Support Work+ initiatives and collaborate across campus.
• Liaise with Registrar to certify co-op status for students.
• Assist international students with CPT through Global Affairs.
• Plan internship events and manage logistics.
• Coordinate scholarship/award processes and nominations.
