Job summary

Diamonds Direct in Charlotte, NC seeks an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to execute standardized tasks across stores, inventory data, and vendor coordination within Central Ops. You will manage orders, monitor status, assist with receiving workflows, and uphold data integrity for SKUs and pricing.

This role supports store inquiries, ensures timely fulfillment, and contributes to audit readiness and process adherence in a high-volume retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory systems, job orders, or retail operations preferred.
• Strong written communication with stores and vendors.
• Ability to follow standardized workflows and escalate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Create and process job orders, special orders and shop supplies.
• Monitor order status, exceptions, and delays; escalate when service levels are at risk.
• Support central receiving workflows and validate stock receipts before store distribution.
• Create, maintain, and correct SKUs (including diamond and lab SKUs); ensure pricing accuracy.
• Support vendor coordination activities (shipping confirmations, memo returns, discrepancies) and memo reporting.
• Track order backlogs, aging, and exceptions for leadership visibility.
