Responsibilities

• Lead interior construction and tenant-improvement projects from budgeting to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, owners, and subcontractors.
• Estimate, value engineer, and develop project budgets.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
• Manage project costs and contractor coordination; ensure safety and quality.
