Job summary

Reworld is seeking a high-impact Facility Manager to lead our Lorton, Virginia site — one of the company’s flagship operations within the South Region.

You will build and develop strong teams, champion a culture where safety comes first, and drive operational excellence, reliability, and accountability across maintenance, production, and budgeting. This role requires a proven leader who can motivate staff, manage complex assets, and partner with senior leadership to shape the site’s future.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in a complex industrial or power-generation environment.
• Experience in Waste-to-Energy, power plants, paper mills, chemical manufacturing, biomass, coal-fired, nuclear, or CC operations is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to set direction, develop talent, build accountability, and drive safety and results.
