Legends Global is seeking a kitchen team member responsible for preparing and cooking items to high taste and appearance, maximizing guest satisfaction and food revenue. The role emphasizes health and sanitation, proper temperature control, labeling, and timely, accurate order execution.

The position requires at least 6 months of food prep experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and the ability to follow written and oral directions while working under pressure.

Qualifications

• Practice safe work habits and follow safety policies and procedures.
• 6 months+ experience in food preparation in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to follow written and oral direction.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure all products are prepared, held and served at correct temperatures.
• Ensure proper rotation, labeling and dating of all products.
• Use proper utensils and portions at all times.
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Keep management informed of food quantities and quality in prep, on the line and in holding cabinets.
• Coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked timely and with accuracy.
• Assist with re-stocking of all paper supplies and food items as needed.
• Assist other positions when needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as indicated in the Employee Training Manual.
• May be assigned to work multiple stations throughout the shift.
• Implement and follow sanitary practices for food handling and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
