J. Allen Ford is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to energize our pre-owned inventory. You will drive valuation efforts, source vehicles through the service lane and private sellers, and coordinate handoffs to appraisal and sales teams to maintain profitable inventory.

You will engage customers with high-energy, transparent valuations and proactive follow-up to convert opportunities into acquisitions, while collaborating with service and sales partners across the dealership.

Responsabilités

• Bring the Energy: Greet every service guest with high-touch hospitality and excitement.
• Provide Free Value: Hand guests a CarFax and market valuation within 15 minutes—no pressure, transparency.
• Create Opportunities: Guide guests to consider selling or trading their vehicle, with smooth handoffs to appraisal and sales.
• Own the Floor: Maintain a strong presence on the service lane to avoid missing opportunities.
• Daily Preparation: Call upcoming service appointments to spark interest in their vehicle value and prep documents in advance.
• Market Sourcing: Hunt for vehicles on Facebook Marketplace, Cars.com, and AutoTrader using vAuto to buy from private sellers.
• Equity Mining: Pull from our customer database to identify positive equity and convert leads into buys.
• Speed & Focus: Deliver valuations quickly and accurately.
• Unmatched Energy: Maintain upbeat, professional communication with every customer.
• Relentless Hustle: Proactively follow up and log every acquisition lead.
