Qualifications

• 2+ years bartending in fast-paced, high-volume service environment or equivalent experience
• TIPs certification required for service
• Demonstrated high-energy, engaging personality and good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders, recommending menu items and preparing drinks
• Upsell beverages and manage drink recipes with accuracy
• Maintain bar inventory, cleanliness, and organization before and after shifts
• Ensure guest satisfaction and contribute to a positive Fox Theatre experience
• Attend training on product knowledge and service standards
• Work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
