Job summary

The Fox Theatre in Atlanta is seeking a Bar Back to assist bartenders and ensure the bar runs smoothly during events. You will set up bar locations, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, safe workspace throughout shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a willingness to complete TIPs certification if not already certified. A PT, non-exempt position with a retirement plan for eligible employees is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• TIPs certified preferred - must attend certification training after hire if not certified.
• Should be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Setting up assigned bar location, with all ice, garnishes, glassware and supplies. Complete all opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Assisting Bartenders with their needs as directed.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Completing all opening and closing side work.
• Assist management in keeping the bar, storage areas, and other areas in clean and organized condition.
• Stocking all coolers, storage areas, service stations as directed, emptying all trash and boxes from the bar and other food & beverage areas throughout the shift.
• Other duties as directed
