Cellairis is seeking a Brand Advocate for our Port Charlotte, FL location. The role focuses on driving in-store sales through energetic customer engagement and persuasive communication at the walk-by entry doors.

You will use script-based approaches (AIDA) to entice customers to visit the counter, obtain quotes for repairs, and join mailing lists, converting engagement into sales. A dynamic, high-energy personality with strong interpersonal skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable
• Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers
• Physical skill requirements: stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs
• Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver’s License
• Professional appearance

Responsabilités

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk by entry doors using AIDA-based scripts to drive store visits and purchases
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join mailing lists by offering free products
• Explain participation terms and guide customers to the Cellairis counter to redeem offers
