Job summary

Cellairis in Palm City, Florida seeks a Brand Advocate to drive walk-by traffic, engage customers with energetic, script-based conversations, and convert interest into sales at the store entrance.

You will focus on delivering genuine customer service, building relationships, and turning objections into leads while representing the Cellairis brand in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic and approachable.
• Genuine customer service focus with ability to build relationships.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and follow scripts.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the walk-by entry and entice customers with samples.
• Use AIDA-based scripts to drive traffic to the Cellairis counter and collect information.
• Encourage customers to show broken phones, obtain quotes, and join mailing lists.
• Explain participation terms and guide customers to make a purchase.
