Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a high-energy mascot to perform as the Wilson Warbirds at home games, non-game day events at Wilson Warbirds Stadium, and community appearances throughout North Carolina. The role focuses on engaging fans, entertaining crowds, and supporting pregame activities and on-field promotions.

You will wear the mascot costume, greet fans, sign autographs, and collaborate with the promotions and entertainment teams to create in-game skits, new routines, and crowd engagement ideas

Qualifications

• Must be able to tolerate heat and other weather conditions while in costume.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong customer service skills; able to work with children and perform under high stress levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform as the Wilson Warbirds mascot at home games.
• Perform at community events such as non-profit events, birthday parties, weddings, and other events.
• Perform at events at Wilson Warbirds Stadium on non-game days (graduations, private parties, trade shows, company meetings).
• Greet and engage with fans to enhance their experience.
• Sign autographs and pose for pictures.
• Collaborate with promotions and entertainment teams to execute in-game skits and theme nights.
• Develop new mascot routines, props, and crowd engagement ideas.
• Maintain the mascot costume, keeping it clean and in good condition.
• Maintain anonymity while in costume.
