Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate all food according to the recipe book while following sanitary standards.
• Weigh, measure and mix ingredients as per the recipe book.
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills and refrigeration units.
• Maintain organization and replenish supplies as needed.
• Display professionalism with both back-of-house and front-of-house staff.
