Job summary

Focus Group Services, LLC is seeking energetic kitchen team members to support fast-casual concepts at military installations and community sites nationwide.

You will assist with food preparation, cook meals to brand standards, and maintain high quality, safety, and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen. There will be open/close duties and coordination with front-of-house staff. Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Previous BOH or food prep experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in quick service or fast-casual concepts is a plus.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and safety procedures.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items per brand recipes and standards.
• Perform kitchen prep duties like chopping, marinating, and stocking.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Cook proteins, vegetables, sauces, and sides with speed and quality.
• Prepare made-to-order items (bowls, burritos, etc.).
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized kitchen and prep areas.
• Communicate with front-of-house and kitchen teams during peak times.
• Receive and store deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures.
