Job summary

Covenant Champions in Texas is seeking a high-energy instructor to lead imaginative learning and physical activity for children aged 1 to 12. You will supervise safety, drive engagement, and foster life skills through Soccer and S.T.E.A.M.

Ideal candidates have childcare experience, a HS diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for being with kids. This role supports on-site programs across Dallas County with flexible mornings and afternoons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma (preferred with some college).
• Hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available most Monday–Saturday mornings/afternoons (~15 hours/week).
• Able to travel to locations across Dallas County (up to an hour).
• Energetic, punctual, organized, and comfortable around kids.

Responsibilities

• Lead educational and physical activities for ages 1–12.
• Ensure safety and enrichment during classes.
• Maintain high energy, engage children, and follow instructor manuals.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed and represent Covenant Champions positively.
