Job summary

KidStrong in Naperville is seeking energetic coaches to start in late July. You’ll lead classes for kids aged Crawling through 11, keeping sessions fun while helping them grow strength, confidence and skills. This role is ideal for high school seniors and college students who are athletic and want meaningful, flexible work.

No coaching experience is required—we’ll train you. Compensation is $18.00 to $23.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement and bonuses as you develop.

Qualifications

• Athletic and active; played a sport or stays active.
• Enjoy being around kids; non-negotiable.
• Able to talk to parents confidently.
• Bring high energy to every class.
• Reliable and eager to learn.
• CPR certification or willingness to get certified.

Responsibilities

• Run Epic Classes — Deliver high-energy, movement-based classes for kids and parents.
• Level Up Fast — Complete coach certification through our training program.
• Be the Go-To Person — Engage with families before and after class; build trust with the community.
• Keep Things Running Smooth — Lead classes, camps, and events, keeping everything on time and fun.
• Help Out Around the Center — Assist with events, clean up, and space maintenance.
