Qualifications

• Certification in group exercise (NASM/ACE/AFAA or equivalent).
• Indoor cycling experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead high-energy indoor cycling classes for a range of fitness levels.
• Guide bike setup, form and technique for safe workouts.
• Provide professional service and address member needs and questions.
• Deliver varied workouts with interval, resistance and endurance training.
• Motivate participants to reach their fitness goals.
• Keep cycling area clean and equipment ready before/after class.
• Stay current with fitness trends and evolve class offerings.
• Build positive relationships and provide personalized support.
