Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Cycle Instructor in Minnesota to coach indoor cycling sessions, educate members, and connect them with our Core 3 strategy. You will lead classes across EDG, AMP, PWR, and sculpt formats, using music and coaching to drive energy and results.

Responsibilities include teaching, meeting attendance goals, performing admin duties, and engaging members through excellent service. Requires passion for fitness and ability to motivate in a group setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of fitness instructor experience.
• CPR and AED certification within 3 months of hire.
• National Indoor Cycle Instructor certification (Schwinn/Stages preferred).

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging Indoor Cycling classes that motivate clients to hit personal goals.
• Meet daily class attendance goals and handle administrative duties.
• Select appropriate, current music for classes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with members before and after classes.
