UFC GYM - Whitestown, IN is seeking an energetic group fitness instructor to design and lead diverse classes. You will choreograph routines, select fitting music, and cue movements to ensure safe, engaging workouts.

Expect to guide participants through proper form and transitions while maintaining class flow and safety. Responsibilities include welcoming new members, demonstrating techniques, and educating on anatomy and contraindications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe exercise technique and principles.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and kinesiology.
• Experience with group fitness teaching strategies and music rhythm.
• High energy and endurance to lead classes.
• Ability to connect with a diverse group of participants.

Responsabilités

• Plan and develop varied exercise routines for classes.
• Lead the class by performing workouts alongside participants.
• Incorporate cuing, tempo, and safe transitions between moves.
• Instruct studio formats according to schedule and standards.
• Greet participants and orient newcomers to class.
• Educate on form, anatomy, contraindications, and move options.
• Enforce safety rules and proper equipment use.
• Motivate participants and monitor participation.
• Arrive on time, prep, and start/end as scheduled.
• Record hours in the timekeeping system and manage equipment.
