Qualifications

• Instructors must provide verifiable proof of education/certification for specialized skill formats they will be instructing.
• Must have company approved current national GXI certification.
• Must have/obtain CPR AED certification and basic first-aid training.

Responsibilities

• Lead group exercise classes, ensuring safety and proper form.
• Assess fitness levels of first-time participants and tailor guidance.
• Ensure all equipment is functional and microphones are ready.
• Create a motivational and engaging class atmosphere.
• Follow closing procedures and maintain class flow.
