Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and group exercise principles.
• Knowledge of basic physiology and body mechanics.
• Performance of a variety of exercise routines.
• Positive and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot audio equipment.

Aufgaben

• Prepare for classes by arriving 10–15 minutes early and setting up equipment, music, and mic.
• Lead classes with clear instructions and observe participants for safe form, offering modifications.
• Engage with members during and after class to answer questions and collect feedback.
• Adhere to COVID-19/CDC guidelines and promote safety and professionalism.
• Attend staff meetings and coordinate with GXD and facility staff as needed.
