You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, manage operations, and ensure food safety and cleanliness while optimizing staffing and payroll. This role offers growth opportunities within RaceTrac's operating divisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience, high-volume preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
