Job summary

Kwik Shop Inc. is seeking a dynamic Shift Leader to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations. You will help train and coach team members, ensure fast, friendly service, and maintain a clean, inviting environment for guests.

This role requires high energy, strong teamwork, and the ability to lead in the absence of management. Part-time and full-time hours are available, with flexible scheduling and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus.
• Valid Driver's license where required by local jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
• Operate the register efficiently to minimize guest wait times.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the location.
• Assist with food preparation and food safety practices.
• In Manager's absence, handle reporting, ordering and banking as needed.
• Lead by example, coach team, and uphold company values.
• Provide training and direction to team members as Shift Lead.
• Ensure safety standards are followed for guests and staff.
