Job summary

SWEAT440 AUSTIN is seeking a dedicated SWEAT440 Coach to deliver high-energy fitness experiences and maintain operational excellence. The Coach will provide exceptional training sessions while engaging with members and guests, fostering an inclusive and motivating atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have a nationally accredited fitness certification, at least one year of experience, and the ability to lead group classes with enthusiasm. Flexible scheduling is available for full or part-time roles, with compensation starting at $25-35 per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a group fitness instructor or personal trainer.
• Proven ability to coach multiple participants effectively.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean and safe studio environment.
