ABOUT SWEAT440

SWEAT440 is a dynamic, community-driven fitness brand designed around inclusivity, efficiency, and energy. With classes starting every 10 minutes, our mission is to make fitness accessible, results-driven, and empowering for everyone—no matter their schedule or experience level. Each studio delivers a high-energy, hospitality-forward experience that keeps members engaged, motivated, and coming back for more.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The SWEAT440 Coach is responsible for delivering an exceptional, high-energy studio experience for every member and guest while maintaining the studio's professional appearance, safety, and operational excellence.

As the "go-to" leader on the floor, the Coach ensures that every member uses equipment safely and executes each movement with proper form to achieve the best results. This role includes providing exercise demonstrations, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing motivation to help clients reach their fitness goals.

Beyond the workout, SWEAT440 Coaches are relationship builders and community leaders. They connect authentically with members, foster lasting relationships, and create an inclusive, high-energy environment where everyone feels supported, challenged, and inspired.

A key part of this role is helping prospects make confident, informed decisions about their fitness journey. Coaches engage with potential members in a consultative way — listening to their goals, understanding their hesitations, and clearly communicating how SWEAT440 can meet their needs. This isn't high-pressure sales; it's about guiding the right people toward the right fit and setting them up for long-term success.

This position requires a deep understanding of fitness fundamentals, class operations, member engagement, and the ability to have genuine conversations that convert interest into commitment. The role reports directly to the Studio General Manager.

  • Recognize and celebrate member progress to foster retention and community connection.
  • Ensure smooth timing, transitions, and flow between workout stations during every class.
Brand Ambassadorship
  • Represent the Sweat440 brand both inside and outside the studio with professionalism and positivity.

  • Engage prospects and first-time visitors in genuine, consultative conversations to understand their goals and determine if SWEAT440 is the right fit.

  • Support membership conversion goals by following up with leads, nurturing relationships, and helping turn trial visitors into long-term members.
