Job summary

Erie Home in Renton is seeking an Event Marketer to join our fast-growing team. You'll attend pre-scheduled events, demonstrate products, engage with attendees, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

This role rewards high energy and independence, with opportunities for commission, paid training, and advancement into management. You’ll represent industry-leading roofing solutions and work at trade shows and community events across the region.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and punctual.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High energy, engagement and standing for extended periods at events.
• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
• Generate and Data Capture show leads for our award-winning products
• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 50 pounds)
