Job summary

Erie Home is seeking an Event Marketer to attend trade shows, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for the sales team. You will engage prospects with high-energy demonstrations and data capture of show leads.

You will work with minimal supervision, set up events, and tear down, while maintaining momentum from week to week. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and punctual.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High level of energy, engagement and standing for extended periods of time at events.
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company.
• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office.
• Provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Generate and capture show leads for our products.
• Set up and tear down events (ability to lift to 50 pounds).
