Job summary

Erie Home is seeking an energetic Event Marketer to drive lead generation at trade shows, fairs and community events. You will demonstrate our roofing products, capture qualified leads, and work with the sales team to exceed targets.

The role requires weekend availability, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to stand for long periods while engaging customers with high-energy presentations. Training is provided and growth into management is possible.

Qualifications

• Willing to work weekends (Fri–Sun).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Detail-oriented and punctual.
• Self-motivated with a drive to educate customers about our products.
• High energy and ability to stand for extended periods at events.
• Able to use our system to generate qualified leads for a fast-growing company.
• Smartphone required to submit leads and use timekeeping app.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and demonstrate products with high energy.
• Work independently while keeping the manager informed.
• Generate and capture event leads for our products.
• Set up and tear down events (lift up to 50 pounds).
